MINI BALL VALVES
Low-pressure ball valves (mini) with BSP internal threads

We offer shut-off ball valves made of nickel-plated brass. The valves are used in compressed air systems and water systems, etc. The valves have inch (BSP) internal threads on both sides. Any fittings can be connected to the valves (e.g., tekalan push-in fittings with external thread ) The valves are more durable than ordinary pneumatic valves. Mini valves mean high product quality, easy installation, and small size. The shut-off ball valve is designed, as the name suggests, to quickly shut off the flow of liquid, e.g., water - just turn the top part of the valve (butterfly handle). This type of valve is the cheapest type of closing/shut-off valve. We also offer high-pressure two-way valves.
Threaded mini ball valves
Mini ball valves with thread are compact and versatile pneumatic fitting components that find wide application in various low-pressure systems. Thanks to their simple construction, high reliability, and precision of operation, they are an ideal solution in applications requiring effective flow control.
What are threaded mini ball valves?
Mini ball valves are small valves equipped with threads that allow for easy installation in pneumatic installations and other low-pressure systems. A key element of their design is a rotating ball with a hole, the 90-degree rotation of which allows for full opening or closing of the medium flow.
Application of threaded mini ball valves
Mini ball valves with thread are used in many industries and systems. Example areas of use: Pneumatic systems: Air flow regulation in compressed air systems. Used in pneumatic tool and machine installations. Low-pressure systems: Control of water, oils, technical gases, and other low-pressure media flow. Application in refrigeration and heating systems. Food and pharmaceutical industry: Medium flow regulation in technological processes. Safe flow closing in hygienic installations. Laboratory applications: Precise flow control of gases and liquids in research apparatus. Construction and sanitary installations: Water flow control in domestic and industrial installations.

Mini valves – compact shut-off valves for pneumatic and hydraulic installations
In the offer of Hydron you will find high-quality mini ball valves, which are a reliable and compact solution for precise shut-off of medium flow in pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial installations. Thanks to their small dimensions and solid construction, they are perfect for places where space saving, reliability, and ease of use matter. Our mini ball valves are made of high-quality nickel-plated brass or steel, which guarantees corrosion resistance, high operating pressure, and long service life even in difficult operating conditions. A mini ball valve is a compact industrial fitting element used for quick and reliable closing or opening of air, liquid, or oil flow. Unlike standard ball valves, mini models are smaller and lighter, allowing their use in limited spaces or in portable pneumatic devices. They are used, among others, in: compressed air installations, power hydraulic systems, cooling and lubrication systems, technological and assembly lines, compact industrial and service machines. Their versatility makes mini ball valves an excellent choice for both industry and workshops.
Construction and properties of mini ball valves
Every female thread mini ball valve (with internal thread) is characterized by a simple but extremely effective design. Inside the valve, there is a rotating ball with a through hole, the position of which controls the flow of the medium. An aluminum or stainless steel handle allows for quick opening and closing of the flow without tools. Key features of mini valves: small dimensions and low weight, high resistance to operating pressure and temperature, class A tightness, possibility of installation in any position, fast reaction and simplicity of operation. Valves are available in various thread sizes (e.g., 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”), which allows for easy adaptation to the needs of a given installation.
