We specialize in steel rope swaging. We provide services for crimping various types of ropes and slings (customer's ropes). Our offer includes galvanized steel ropes and, upon special order, we also import stainless steel ropes. Services are performed on-site in Złotów at 6a Kujańska St. It is possible to order swaging for various types of elements: ropes, cables, tubes and others. Crimping range from 4mm on the outside of the crimping sleeve (outer diameter of the sleeve)
Aluminum sleeves and rope crimping accessories
Our offer includes a full range of special types of aluminum sleeves ( shape -8 ) intended for rope crimping. We have sleeves in the range from 4mm to 22mm. Our offer also includes other elements used for rope crimping such as: steel thimbles for rope swaging and even steel ropes by the meter.
Hydraulic crimper for steel ropes
Our offer includes various types of swaging machines suitable for crimping steel ropes (hose crimping presses). For rope crimping, we offer swaging machines with a minimum crimping force of 280 tons. Models suitable for rope crimping: P32Q, S51, P32D, FP145. We also have machines specifically designed for crimping tubes and ropes such as model S280. Swaging using aluminum sleeves: This method consists of placing the end of the rope in a special aluminum sleeve with a characteristic shape (resembling the figure "8") and crimping it using a hydraulic press. It is important that the crimping process takes place gradually, with even rotation of the sleeve, which ensures uniform load on the press dies and prevents their damage.

Swaging using steel sleeves: In this case, steel sleeves with a circular cross-section are used. The crimping process is similar to that described above, but requires more force due to the harder material of the sleeve.

Crimping with rope clamps: This method consists of using special clamps that are fixed to the rope with screws. Although it is a simpler and less expensive method, its use is recommended in less demanding applications as it does not provide as high strength as swaging.

The choice of crimping method depends on several factors:
