Ideal machine for crimping elbow fittings in the largest sizes. The press has a very large head enabling crimping of elements up to 140 mm outer diameter (industrial hoses up to 4"). No axial movement – easy positioning. The front plate of the head is designed with a cutout ideal for a 90-degree hydraulic hose elbow. On this model, we can crimp every possible elbow (elbow fitting). Our latest H60 crimper model can successfully compete with machines such as the Uniflex S10 (+45 mm opening), Techmaflex S450 (without digital control), or OP TUBOMATIC H144 ES (+45 mm opening). The crimping dies in our crimper open as much as +50 mm. The crimper is designed for customers who need the greatest capabilities, including crimping the largest elbow fittings up to 2" inclusive.
