The most frequently sold crimping machine model in the world

The P32Q crimping machine is the most popular model among electric crimping machines intended for the workshop (for hydraulic hose services). The P32Q press is still the most frequently sold two-inch crimping machine model. 2 inches is the maximum hose occurring in power hydraulics, 2 inches means that the hose has a 50 mm inside diameter. The maximum range the crimping machine can crimp is up to 87 mm (we are talking about the outer diameter of the crimped element here). The crimping machine is very well equipped, has 13 sets of crimping dies, which allow for crimping hydraulic hoses with an inner diameter from 5 to 50 mm. The P32Q crimping machine is compatible with other crimping machines, including, among others, the Finn Power P32Q crimping machine. The crimping dies are the same size, the quick change tool / handle is also the same size, so the dies can be swapped and replaced. The P32Q model is most often sold worldwide due to its capabilities and affordable price.

Wide crimping capabilities

On the crimping machine we can crimp all types of hydraulic hoses with steel wire braid (1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH). The press also allows us to crimp low-pressure hoses, such as fuel, gasoline, oil hoses, water hoses, hoses with stainless steel braid on the outside, pneumatic hoses, EPDM hoses – in a word, everything that will fit into the head, and the head is really large. Micrometer control

Control in this crimping machine is done using a micrometer. A micrometer is a micrometer screw, thanks to which we can change the diameter of the crimped element – this means that if we want to crimp, for example, a ferrule to 22 mm, and we have 19 mm dies, we choose the 19 mm dies, and then add the value on the micrometer, i.e., +3 mm, and in this way we obtain the required diameter of 22 mm.
