The P32D model is an absolute bestseller - the most frequently sold hydraulic hose crimping press from our crimping machine offer. Unlike traditional crimping machines such as the P32Q model equipped with a micrometer the P32D crimping machine has a very easy and intuitive push-button control system, the dimension we enter to which the head is to crimp appears on the electronic display ( very readable, much better than in the case of micrometer control especially for the elderly )

Hydraulic hose crimping machine - SAMWAY P32D

The newest crimping machine model equipped with digital control ( push buttons instead of a traditional micrometer ) Digital control enables better and easier work on the crimping machine. The digital panel improves setting the crimping diameter - we do not have to turn the micrometer as in the P32q model ( one full turn of the micrometer = 1mm ) In the P32D model, just press +1 to change the diameter by 1mm. Using the digital press is very simple and intuitive. This type of crimping machine is becoming more and more popular year by year. New features in the crimping machine control panel 

In the digital crimping machine, a new feature is the ability to set the opening diameter of the crimping head. We can set how wide the head should open after pressing the open button. This parameter is important in serial production - we can set it so that after crimping, the crimping machine opens minimally, just enough to remove the crimped hose , insert a new one and proceed to crimping - thanks to this we save time that we would lose to a full crimp , normally we would have to start crimping from a completely open crimping machine.

Counter of crimped ( swaged ) hoses 

A very nice feature is the crimping counter. The counter counts how many crimps we have made at a given moment since startup. After switching, the counter shows how many crimps we have made from the beginning ( from new ) The computer counts the number of times the foot pedal is pressed ( after pressing the pedal. )

Hose crimping mode - wide selection  

The digital model is equipped with several crimping modes. Manual mode allows crimping with regular push buttons, semi-automatic mode allows crimping with push buttons and a foot pedal. Automatic mode allows crimping hoses and automatic opening of the head. We can switch modes depending on the type of work, e.g. large-series production of hoses.

Crushing force and parameters as in a standard P32Q/ P32D crimping machine. We remind you that the crimping machine has 300 tons of crushing force, the P32q and P32d crimpers are the most powerful crimping machines in their class. Thanks to such force, we can crimp even the largest 2" ( two-inch ) hydraulic hoses with four steel wire braids. The machines will handle any hydraulic hose - we remind you that 2" are the largest hydraulic hoses available.

The press includes in the set a die rack, dies and a magnetic tool - a quick change tool for dies. The crimping machine has a so-called quick die change system - the system consists in the fact that we do not have to change dies individually but we can change the entire set of 8 dies / crimping stones using a magnetic tool. Included with the base ( die shelf ) there are 13 sets of crimping dies ! This is the largest number of dies available on the market !
