The BSP DKR 1.1/4" plug is a professional sealing element designed for safe and permanent capping of external threads in power hydraulic systems. It is used in pressure lines where it is necessary to cut off the flow of the working medium permanently or temporarily during service and modernization work. The design with a swivel nut and a 60° internal cone ensures excellent tightness of the connection under increased pressure. Made of high-grade carbon steel covered with a zinc layer, it guarantees excellent resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion in difficult operating conditions.

Application and technical characteristics

The DKR BSP 1.1/4" cap is designed for direct screwing onto male connection elements equipped with a British Standard Pipe (BSP G 1.1/4") external thread and a 60° socket cone. The sealing process takes place at the contact of the cones (metal-to-metal seal), which eliminates the need for additional tape seals or hemp. The element exhibits excellent pressure stability, making it a reliable component in stationary and mobile systems.
