Custom-made dies for the P32D crimper are a solution designed for users who carry out non-standard orders or work with hoses and sleeves of non-standard dimensions. Production of dies according to specific requirements allows for a perfect fit of the tool to the type of hoses, crimping diameters, and the specificity of work, without compromising on the quality and repeatability of the crimp.

Various die dimensions and full customization

Custom-made dies are available in a wide range of working diameters, tailored to individual customer needs. It is possible to manufacture dies for non-standard sleeve diameters, special hydraulic, industrial or technical hoses, as well as for specific production or service applications. Each set is designed taking into account the parameters of the P32 crimper to ensure correct crimp geometry and safe operation of the machine.

Construction and materials

The dies are made of high-grade tool steel, subjected to precision CNC machining. The components are then hardened and properly finished, which ensures high resistance to wear, cracking and deformation during intensive use. The design of the dies guarantees an even distribution of the crimping force over the entire circumference of the sleeve, which directly affects the tightness and durability of the crimped hose.
