Ideal crimper for service vehicles!

P32X 12V hydraulic hose crimper (powered by vehicle battery) crimps hydraulic hoses up to 2″ in 4SP version (four-wire braided hoses). The crimper is built from the best components (SIEMENS motor, EATON switch, Rexroth pump, precision micrometer). Manual control via high-quality micrometer. The crimper allows crimping of every hydraulic hose from 1/4" to 2" 4SP! A very large head allows easy crimping of large fittings!

The set includes 13 sets of dies, a quick-change tool, and a special die rack. The crimper is the largest 12V battery-powered press available on the market. The crimper is ideal for mobile hydraulic services (hose crimping in the field). Mobile crimpers can be powered by 12V or 24V (12V as standard).

What safety protections are provided in the crimper?

A red overheat warning is located on the front of the control panel. The motor will stop in case of overheating (prolonged operation or overload). An overheat / overcurrent protection mechanism is built into the motor, which stops the machine in the event of a short circuit or overload.

How much current does the crimper draw during maximum crimping force?

The machine uses a 3 KW (12 VDC) motor, so current consumption at maximum load can be approximately 250 A.

What rated current does the crimper draw when operating without load?

Without load, current consumption is approximately 50 A. For stable operation, a 24 V DC battery or a high-quality 12 V battery with a low voltage drop during use is recommended. A good quality battery will maintain a voltage of about 20 V (for a 24V system) during operation, while a weaker battery may drop to 15 V or less, causing a loss of motor power and a drastic drop in crimping pressure. Generally, a 24 V DC power supply provides more durable and stable performance compared to a 12 V DC system.
