The inner layer of oil-resistant synthetic rubber ensures full compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, while the outer cover effectively protects the reinforcement from abrasion and degradation under atmospheric conditions. For a permanent connection of the hose with fittings, it is necessary to use appropriate crimping ferrules for 4SP and 4SH hoses, which ensure secure assembly. Fitting installation requires a skiving process, which is standard procedure for spiral designs.
