The PREMIUM version of the 4SP DN10 hydraulic hose is a professional line designed for operation in the most demanding power hydraulics systems with very high pressure. The hose construction, based on four spiral braids of high-strength steel wire, provides exceptional resistance to dynamic loads, sudden pressure spikes, and intensive use in the harshest terrain conditions.

The internal layer of the hose is made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR), which guarantees full compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic media. The external synthetic rubber cover is characterized by high abrasion resistance, ozone resistance, and adverse weather conditions, significantly extending the hose's service life in construction, agricultural, and forestry machinery. This is a solution dedicated to users for whom system reliability is of key importance.

Yes, due to the 4SP spiral reinforcement construction, careful removal of the external rubber layer (skiving) is required at the location where the ferrule is crimped. This ensures direct contact of the ferrule with the steel braid, which guarantees the safety and tightness of the connection.

Is this hose suitable for operation in difficult outdoor conditions?
Yes, the external synthetic rubber layer has been designed for high resistance to abrasion, ozone, and weather conditions, making it ideal for outdoor work with mobile machinery.

What is the minimum bend radius for this hose?
For the 4SP type DN10 (3/8") hose, the minimum bend radius is 180 mm. It is important not to exceed this parameter, as it can lead to premature fatigue of the steel braid and hose failure.
