The Premium version of the 4SP DN20 hydraulic hose is a high-pressure technical hose designed for operation in the most demanding power hydraulic systems. The construction based on four tightly wound high-strength steel wire spirals ensures stable operation under a constant working pressure of 350 bar, even with sudden pressure surges and impulse loads. It is a professional-grade solution that forms the foundation of safe installations in machines with high work dynamics.

The inner layer of the hose is made of synthetic rubber (NBR), which shows full resistance to hydraulic oils and fuels. The outer cover, characterized by increased resistance to abrasion, ozone, and atmospheric conditions, guarantees a long service life of the hose in difficult field environments. Due to the spiral reinforcement construction, the assembly process requires preparing the end by skiving. For correct crimping of the hose, appropriately selected ferrules for 4SP and 4SH hoses, which guarantee the tightness of the connection under high pressure.

Does the 4SP DN20 hose require skiving during crimping?
Yes. Due to the spiral reinforcement construction, the outer rubber layer must be removed at the location where the ferrule is crimped. This ensures direct contact between the ferrule and the steel braid, which is necessary to maintain tightness at high pressure.

Is this hose resistant to field conditions?
Yes, the hose has a cover with high resistance to abrasion, cuts, and atmospheric conditions, making it ideal for the heavy working conditions of construction and forestry machinery.

What is the difference between a 4SP hose and standard 2SN hoses?
