Thanks to the reinforced construction based on four spiral steel wire braids, this hose exhibits excellent resistance to dynamic loads and sudden pressure spikes, making it an ideal choice for intensive work in construction, agricultural, and forestry machinery.

The inner layer of the hose is made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR), which ensures full compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic media. The outer cover made of synthetic rubber with high resistance to abrasion, ozone, and atmospheric conditions guarantees long-lasting service life even in the harshest field conditions. Yes, due to the 4SP spiral reinforcement construction, it is necessary to remove the outer rubber layer (skiving) where the ferrule is crimped. This ensures direct contact between the ferrule and the steel braid, which is necessary to maintain safety and connection tightness under high pressure.

Will the DN16 4SP hose work in forestry machinery?
Yes, thanks to the high resistance of the outer layer to abrasion and atmospheric conditions, this hose is often used in forestry and construction machinery where hoses are exposed to harsh working environments.

What is the minimum bend radius for this hose?
