4SP four-wire spiral hydraulic hoses

Hydraulic hoses with quadruple steel braid. Four-wire spiral hydraulic hoses ( 4 layers of steel wire ), according to DIN EN 856. Temperature range: from -40C to +100C, short-term up to 120C. Inner tube: oil-resistant synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: four layers of steel wire spiral of the highest durability. Outer cover: black, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, ozone and weather-resistant. Four-wire spiral hoses are most commonly intended for all types of construction, crane, and industrial machinery where the highest pressure is required due to high equipment loads.

4SP hose for skiving 

The 4SP hose should be skived, which means removing the outer layer of rubber before applying the crimp ferrule. Skiving hoses provides 100% connection reliability at such high pressures. 4SP hoses must be skived down to the steel braid before crimping. The skiving length should be slightly shorter than the length of the crimp ferrule. For 4SP hoses, special 4SP crimp ferrules (long) or 2ST/4SP ferrules (short manuli type) The crimping diameter for 4SP hoses can be found in the approximate crimping table. We also offer 4SH hoses designed for even higher pressures and 6SH hoses ( super high pressure )

Inner tube: special synthetic rubber resistant to mineral, vegetable hydraulic oils and glycol. Outer cover: special highest quality German synthetic rubber resistant to hydraulic oils, abrasion, and atmospheric conditions. Reinforcement: 4 high-strength steel braids (Belgian steel). Temperature range: -40C to +100C, periodically up to +125?C. Hose manufactured according to standards: DIN 20023 PART 1 TYPE 4SP / EN 856 4SP, TS 10548 / EN 856 4SP / ISO 1307 / EN 856, ISO 8030 / EN 1804 / EN 13463-1, ISO 4413.
