Hydraulic hose ULTIMATE 1SN DN32 ( 1 1/4" )

Single-braid (1SN) ULTIMATE hydraulic hose reinforced with one wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hose has a quality certificate. The hose can be used in all branches and sectors of industry. The hoses exceed the EN853 1SN standard, meet the ISO 18752 BC standard, impulse 500,000 cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses. The hose consists of an internal tube made of special synthetic rubber resistant to hot oil up to +135°C temporarily up to +150°C, reinforcement of one steel braid and a durable outer cover made of special synthetic rubber resistant to oils, abrasion, weather conditions and pinhole leaks. The 1SN hose can be replaced by hose with two steel braids ( greater pressure resistance ). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN ferrules, dedicated to it or universal ferrules. The DN32 1SN Ultimate 135°C 63 bar hydraulic hose is a conduit designed for operation in power hydraulics systems where higher medium flow and resistance to increased oil temperature are required. The DN32 designation corresponds to an internal diameter of 32 mm (1 1/4"), which predisposes this model for use in supply and return lines in hydraulic power units, industrial installations and machines with a higher demand for flow. The 1SN construction means one steel braid as a reinforcing layer. In practice, this is a classic single-braid hydraulic hose compliant with the EN 853 1SN standard, used in medium- and low-pressure systems. The Ultimate 135°C version was designed with operation at higher temperatures in mind than standard 1SN hydraulic hoses, which is of real importance in installations where hydraulic oil reaches high temperatures during intensive operation.

Hose construction and compatibility with accessories

The inner layer is made of NBR rubber resistant to hydraulic oils. It is responsible for the tightness of the hose and the stability of parameters in contact with the medium. Reinforcement in the form of one steel braid takes on the loads resulting from the 63 bar working pressure and limits the expansion of the hose under load. The outer shell of synthetic rubber protects the hose from abrasion and the influence of external factors. The blue color allows for quick identification of the high-temperature version among other hydraulic hoses available in stock. The DN32 1SN hose is intended for making finished hydraulic assemblies by crimping on a press. In practice, this means the necessity of using appropriate crimping ferrules and fittings for crimping hydraulic hoses matched to the 1SN construction. EN 853 1SN standards and comparison with other constructions

The DN32 1SN Ultimate 135°C 63 bar hydraulic hose meets the requirements of the EN 853 1SN standard and corresponds to SAE 100 R1 AT and ISO 1436 standards. For the user, this means the possibility of direct comparison of parameters with other single-braid hydraulic hoses of this class. Compared to 2SN hydraulic hoses in the same diameter, the 1SN model has one steel braid and lower pressure parameters, but it is sufficient in installations where the working pressure does not exceed 63 bar. If the system requires a higher safety margin for pressure, the natural choice is to move to a DN32 2SN hydraulic hose. On the other hand, in applications requiring special chemical resistance, PTFE hoses can be an alternative, but their performance characteristics and assembly method differ from classic rubber hoses.
