Hoses designed for high-temperature operation ( up to 150 degrees ). Hot hydraulic oil hoses designed for use where a standard hydraulic hose would fail very quickly ( hardening under the influence of temperature ) High-temperature hoses designed for temperatures of + 135 degrees ( momentarily up to 150 degrees ) are used, among others, with compressors ( compressor manufacturers ) or in places exposed to high temperatures ( close to engines, close to heat sources )

Our offer includes hydraulic hoses designed for high-temperature operation ( max 150 degrees )  We have 1SN and 2SN hoses in the diameter range from DN06 to DN 50. High-temperature hoses come in 2 variants just like standard hydraulic hoses: 1sn ( one steel braid ) or 2sn ( two steel braids ) Our offer also includes hoses designed for up to 280 degrees ( stainless steel braided PTFE hoses ). 

Construction of the ULTIMATE hot oil hose :

• Tube: oil-resistant synthetic rubber.
• Reinforcement: 2 steel wire braids.
• Cover: synthetic rubber resistant to high temperature, abrasion, ozone, weather influences, blue color, MSHA approved.
• Recommended fluids: mineral and synthetic oils, glycol and polyglycol water-oil emulsions ( up to +100C ).
• Temperature range: constant temperature -40C to +135C, peak temperature up to +150C.
