2SN double-wire braid hydraulic hose compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Hoses with two steel braids ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are designed for all types of machinery and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the fact that the working pressure of these types of hoses is high, the hoses are called high-pressure hoses ( high pressure hoses ) The hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-wire braid hoses. SEMPERIT hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hoses are valued by customers due to their extremely high build quality and long service life. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimp ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Construction of hoses with two steel braids (2SN) :

Inner layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to the action of oils and water.

Outer layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oil, weathering, and ozone.

Application of 2SN double-wire braid hoses :

Double-wire braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),
water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
water (from 0°C to +70°C),
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

The hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
