Double-braid hydraulic hose 2SN compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Double steel braid hoses ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machines and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the high working pressure of these types of hoses, they are called high-pressure hoses ( high pressure hoses ) Hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-braid hoses. SEMPERIT hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. Hoses are valued by customers due to their extremely high quality of workmanship and long service life. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimp ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Application of 2SN hoses :

Double-braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),

- water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

Hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
