Two-wire steel braided hoses ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machines and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the fact that the working pressure of this type of hose is high, the hoses are called high-pressure hoses ( high pressure hoses ) The hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-wire braided hoses. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimp ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Construction of two-wire steel braided hoses (2SN) :

Application of 2SN hoses :

Two-wire braided hydraulic hoses can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),

- aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

Hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
