The 4SP DN06 hydraulic hose is a high-pressure, small-diameter hose designed for use in the most demanding hydraulic power systems, where installation space is limited and working pressure reaches a high level of 450 bar. Thanks to its advanced design based on four tightly wound steel wire spirals, this hose exhibits exceptional resistance to pressure pulses and dynamic loads, making it a reliable component in the precision hydraulic systems of construction and agricultural machinery, as well as specialized industrial equipment.

The inner layer of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR) guarantees full compatibility with hydraulic fluids, while the outer cover with increased resistance protects the hose against abrasion and unfavorable environmental conditions. Assembly of fittings on hoses with a spiral construction requires precise skiving of the outer layer, which allows for the secure crimping of dedicated crimping sleeves directly onto the steel spiral. In the installation configuration process, we recommend our professional hydraulic fittings, and if necessary, we invite you for hydraulic hose crimping at our service center.

Does the 4SP DN06 hose require skiving? Yes, due to the spiral construction, it is necessary to remove the outer rubber layer at the crimping point to ensure direct contact between the sleeve and the steel spiral.

What is the 4SP hose with such high pressure used for? It is mainly used where there are very large pressure spikes that could damage a standard wire-braided hose (e.g., 1SN or 2SN).
