The 4SP DN32 (1.1/4") hydraulic hose in the Premium version is a high-performance, large-diameter hose designed to handle high-flow power hydraulic systems. Thanks to the use of four steel wire spirals, this hose provides excellent resistance to a high working pressure of 210 bar and protects the installation against the negative effects of hydraulic shocks. It is a professional-grade solution, dedicated to construction machinery, industrial hydraulic systems, and high-power stationary installations.

The inner layer of high-quality synthetic rubber (NBR) ensures full compatibility with hydraulic oils, while the outer coating protects the hose from abrasion and harsh environmental conditions. Due to the spiral reinforcement design, installation requires a skiving process for the outer rubber layer at the crimping point. For correct installation, dedicated crimping ferrules for 4SP and 4SH hosesare necessary, as they guarantee the tightness of the connection. In the installation construction process, we recommend our professional hydraulic fittings, and if technical support is needed, we invite you to hydraulic hose crimping at our service center.
