Two-wire braid hydraulic hose 2SN compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Hoses with two steel braids ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are designed for all types of machines and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the high working pressure of these types of hoses, they are called high-pressure hoses. Hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-wire braid hoses. PREMIUM HDR hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. Hoses are valued by customers due to their extremely high quality of workmanship and long service life. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Construction of two-wire steel braid hoses (2SN) :

Inner layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water. Reinforcement : Two high-tensile steel wire braids. Outer layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oils, weather conditions, and ozone.

Application of 2SN hoses :

Two-wire braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids according to ISO 6743-4, except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),

- aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

Hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
