Flexible delivery hose

The SEMPERIT SM2 Ø25 hose is a durable and flexible delivery hose, designed for sandblasting, shot blasting and transporting abrasive materials such as corundum, glass, sand or shot. It is characterized by high abrasion resistance, which ensures long service life and reliability in difficult working conditions. Thanks to its solid construction, it is resistant to mechanical damage and high pressure. Its flexibility makes it easy to install and use, making it an ideal choice for industrial, workshop and construction applications.

Sandblasting hose application

Intended use: hose for sandblasting, shot blasting and transport of abrasive materials.
Resistance: the inner layer is extremely abrasion resistant (60 mm³ according to DIN 53516:1987).
Safety: the hose prevents electrostatic shocks, ensuring safe operation.

Temperature range: -35°C to +80°C
Fixing: crimping on a press or clamp

Hose construction

Inner layer: NR/SBR/BR, black, smooth, antistatic, very abrasion resistant.
Reinforcement: Textile.
Outer layer: SBR, black, antistatic, cloth impression.
Marking: Yellow continuous stripe with the inscription: „Semperit S SM2 Sandstrahl-Shotblast PN 12 bar”.

Additional options

Possibility of ordering the hose with 4 plies.
Other outer layer colors available on request.
