The SEMPERIT SM1 DN25x39 12bar sandblasting hose is a flexible delivery hose, designed specifically for use in sandblasting, shot blasting, and the transport of bulk materials such as sand, corundum, glass, or grit. Thanks to the use of an abrasion-resistant inner layer and textile reinforcement, the hose is characterized by high durability and long-term operation, even in difficult conditions. Additionally, the hose is resistant to electrostatic shocks, which increases work safety. The hose is available in rolls of 20 or 40 meters, with the possibility of cutting at the customer's request (cut hoses are non-returnable). The SEMPERIT SM1 DN25x39 12bar hose is an ideal solution for industrial applications requiring abrasion and electrostatic resistance. It works perfectly with bulk materials used in sandblasting and shot blasting, among others. The hose can be used in various industrial sectors, such as metallurgy, construction, or renovation applications.

Sandblasting machine hose

A sandblasting machine hose is an element of the working installation designed for transporting abrasive material under pressure, where abrasion resistance and operational stability in difficult conditions are of key importance. The model Semperit SM1 DN25 12 bar sandblasting hose was designed for intensive use in abrasive blasting processes, where standard hoses do not meet the strength requirements. In practice, a sandblasting hose must handle not only the working pressure but, above all, the aggressive medium, which is the abrasive. Therefore, the construction of this type of hose is based on a special rubber compound with increased wear resistance. The Semperit SM1 DN25 sandblasting hose with a working pressure of 12 bar allows for safe operation within this range, maintaining flow stability and abrasion resistance. The choice of pressure should always be linked to the parameters of the entire system. Too low a pressure causes a drop in efficiency and uneven abrasive delivery, while too high a pressure accelerates the wear of the hose and installation components.
