SEMPERIT SM2 Sandblasting Hose

Flexible pressure hose with very good abrasion resistance. Designed for sandblasting, shot blasting, conveying corundum, glass, grit, etc. Very high abrasion resistance - 60 mm3 according to DIN 53516:1987. Hoses of this type are characterized by high flexibility and internal layer resistance to abrasion - 60 mm3 (according to DIN 53516:1987). Used for sandblasting, shot blasting and transport of bulk materials. Manufacturer: SEMPERIT.

Hose technical data : 

• Temperature range: -35ºC to +80ºC.
• Inner      layer:NR/SBR/BR,        black,     smooth,     antistatic,      very    abrasion resistant.
• Reinforcement: textile.
• Outer layer: SBR, black, antistatic, cloth impression.
• Marking: continuous red inscription: „Semperit S SM2 Sandstrahl-Shotblast PN 12 bar”.
