Y-shaped Tekalan tee
Y-shaped Tekalan pneumatic tees. Plastic push-in fittings with three inlets. The name comes from the shape of the tee (letter Y). Push-in fittings are primarily used for connecting and branching pneumatic systems. Thanks to the use of a Y-tee, an additional hose can be connected to an existing compressed air line, which will run in parallel. Tees allow for the branching of compressed air systems. In our offer, we have both equal tees as well as T-shaped tees (the most popular). Push-in fittings are designed for hoses: PA-polyamide, PU-polyurethane, PE-polyethylene, PVC-polyvinyl chloride. Working media: compressed air, non-aggressive liquids, non-aggressive gases, vacuum. The purpose of Y-tees is connecting calibrated hoses.
What are Y-tees for pneumatic hoses?
Y-tees are one of many types of fittings used in pneumatic systems, allowing for the separation of air flow in a "Y" shape. Their design allows for easy connection of pneumatic hoses in various configurations, making them indispensable in the construction and modernization of pneumatic systems.
Other available types of pneumatic tees
Y-tees are just one of many options available in the category of pneumatic hose tees. Hydron's offer also includes other types of tees that allow you to adapt the installation to various technical and spatial requirements: Inch pneumatic tees – ideal for systems using dimensions in inches. Push-in tee fittings – facilitate quick and trouble-free connection and disconnection of hoses. Reducing tees – enabling the connection of hoses with different diameters. Threaded tees – equipped with threads allowing for installation in systems requiring a more stable connection.
