Push-in pneumatic elbow with thread

TEKALAN elbow with external thread. Pneumatic push-in elbow fittings ( elbows ). On one side, a BSP tapered external thread coated with Teflon; on the other side, a push-in part for a calibrated pneumatic hose. Hose installation is performed by pressing the pneumatic hose into the push-in fitting. Elbows used in pneumatics ( e.g. connecting tekalan pneumatic lines to an actuator, solenoid valve, or other component ). The elbow allows the hose to be connected to another element at a right angle ( space saving ). We offer all types of pneumatic connectors as well as calibrated hoses ( tekalan ) or rubber pneumatic hoses. This type of elbow is one of several pneumatic elbows available in our range : we have, among others, pneumatic push-in elbow as well as elbow pneumatic connectors made of steel.

Threaded elbows

Threaded elbows are components of pneumatic systems that enable easy and durable connection of tekalan lines meaning pneumatic lines in various configurations. Hydron's range includes a wide selection of elbows, which meet the highest quality standards and are dedicated to industrial, workshop, and specialist applications. The offered products are characterized by robust construction, precision manufacturing, and resistance to pressure and corrosion. Hydron is expanding its range with Tekalan fittings – innovative components designed for efficient and durable connections in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Tekalan fittings work perfectly with threaded elbows, allowing for flexible system design even in difficult operating conditions. A threaded elbow is one of the most frequently used elements in compressed air systems, enabling a change in the flow direction of the medium while maintaining full connection tightness. In practice, a well-chosen threaded elbow allows for optimal routing of pneumatic lines even in confined spaces, eliminating stress and the risk of damage to hoses. This solution is essential in both simple workshop installations and extensive industrial systems. In pneumatic systems, elbows work directly with components such as pneumatic hoses, quick couplers, and air manifolds, creating a coherent and efficient compressed air transport system. Proper thread selection – whether a smaller or larger thread – and material of construction affect the durability of the entire installation and resistance to operating pressure and environmental conditions. Threaded elbows are used wherever precision in routing the installation and reliability of connections matter. At Hydron, threaded elbows are available in various configurations, allowing for a perfect fit for a specific application. Thanks to high stock availability and technical support at every stage of the order, you can quickly choose the right solution, avoiding installation problems and pressure drops. This is a component that significantly impacts the durability and efficiency of the entire pneumatic system.
