SEMPERIT SM1 sandblasting hose

Highly flexible delivery hose with extreme abrasion resistance, designed for sandblasting, shot blasting, conveying corundum, glass, sand, grit, etc. Abrasion resistance 36 mm3 acc. to DIN 53516:1987. Hoses of this type are characterized by high flexibility and abrasion resistance of the inner layer - 36 mm3 (acc. to DIN 53516:1987). Used for sandblasting, shot blasting and transport of bulk materials. Manufacturer: SEMPERIT.   

Technical data of the sandblasting hose

• Temperature range: from -35ºC to +80ºC.
• Inner layer: SBR/NR/BR, black, smooth, antistatic, cloth impression. Reinforcement: textile.
• Outer layer: SBR, black, antistatic, cloth impression.
• Marking: yellow continuous inscription: „Semperit S SM1 Sandstrahl-Shotblast Strahlmeister PN 12 bar”.
