THREADED BANJO EYELET FITTINGS
Eyelet end with external thread for banjo bolt
We provide threaded Banjo eyelet fittings. They are available in a version designed for crimping on a hydraulic hose or in a version with an external thread. The following category contains eyelet fittings (eyelets) with thread. Fittings of this type can be very easily and quickly tightened to a regular hydraulic hose with a nut, thus obtaining an eyelet end. Eyelet ends are used in places where we have limited possibilities for using a regular elbow or end (where there is very little space). Our offer also includes banjo bolts designed for eyelets. Execution: galvanized free-cutting steel. Marking method for eyelet fittings with thread: Eyelet end with thread FI08 M12X1,5 6L -Fi 08 = eyelet hole, M12x1,5 = external thread (6l cone).
Types of threaded BANJO fittings
We offer:
- Metric eyelets (for metric bolts)
- Inch eyelets (for BSP inch bolts)
Typical applications of eyelet fittings in hydraulics
Threaded Banjo eyelet fittings are commonly used in hydraulic systems where installation space is limited. Thanks to their design, they allow for easy connection of hydraulic hoses in hard-to-reach places. They are ideal for applications where fast and safe replacement of components is required.
Advantages of using Banjo fittings in hydraulic installations
Banjo fittings offer exceptional mounting flexibility, which makes them an ideal solution in tight spaces. Their design allows for quick and safe connection of hoses, minimizing the risk of leaks. Additionally, thanks to the use of high-quality materials, they provide long-term reliability and resistance to corrosion.
Selecting a Banjo fitting
When selecting the appropriate Banjo fitting for a hydraulic system, several key parameters must be considered. It is important to match the thread size and the eyelet hole diameter to the technical specifications of the installation. Attention should also be paid to the material of construction to ensure compatibility with the working medium and operating conditions.
Mounting a Banjo fitting
Mounting a Banjo fitting in a hydraulic system requires a few simple steps. First, ensure that all components are clean and free of contaminants. Then, using appropriate tools, tighten the fitting to the hydraulic hose, ensuring the proper sealing of the connection. Finally, it is worth performing a leak test to ensure the installation is functioning correctly.
