AA straight female fittings

Fittings with two nuts -adjustable straight fittings 

AA straight adjustable hydraulic fittings ( nut / nut ) also called female fittings or adjustable fittings. Fittings are available in a wire-retained version ( the nut is held on a wire inside the nut ) or in a crimped version ( the nut is crimped onto the fitting ) Metric fittings have an oring on the cone. Example designations: TN 498, GZR, DMO, 6035, EDKOR. Execution : zinc-plated free-cutting steel. We also offer fittings in the version AB (nut / external thread )

What are AA straight fittings ?

AA straight fittings are a popular type of hydraulic female fittings, designed to connect hoses and components of hydraulic systems. Thanks to the simplicity of construction and high quality of workmanship, these fittings guarantee reliable operation even in difficult working conditions.

Construction and specification of AA connectors

Construction: AA fittings have two internal threads, two swivel nuts which allows them to be used for connecting components with external threads. They are available in metric, inch, UNF, ORFS versions, as well as with various reduction configurations. Materials: Most commonly produced from carbon steel with a protective zinc coating, which ensures corrosion resistance. Available are also stainless steel versions Range of sizes: Available from M12x1,5 to M52x2 in the case of metric threads and from 1/4” to 2” in inch threads. Working pressures: Maximum working pressure ranges from 90 bar for larger diameters to 400 bar for smaller sizes, which allows for their use in high-pressure systems.
