Construction of BAB tees

Symmetrical tees are a category of products that feature a swivel nut in the middle, while they have external threads on the sides. BAB-type threads: The tees are equipped with two external threads (B) and one internal thread (A), which allows for easy adjustment and installation in various hydraulic system configurations. The tees have a compact design -BAB tees take up little space, which allows for their installation even in limited spaces of hydraulic systems. Made of high-grade steel, often covered with a zinc coating, which ensures resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Elements are made from a forging, which means from a single piece of steel ( they are not soldered ). The forging, i.e., the finished single piece of steel, is machined on CNC lathes, and then an internal thread nut is attached to the middle (symmetrical) part. The nut is either crimped ( crimped version ) or fitted and wire-secured, which means that the nut is attached to the tee by a wire inside the nut. The outer surface of the tees is protected by galvanizing; galvanizing provides anti-corrosion protection.
