Tee fitting with male threads 

A tee fitting, commonly known as a BBB hydraulic tee, is a hydraulic connector characterized by its “T” shape. It is a component that connects three hydraulic lines, allowing for the distribution or combination of high-pressure fluid flow. All three ends of the tee are equipped with male threads, allowing for easy and tight connection to other elements of the hydraulic system, such as hoses, valves, or actuators.  Tee connectors are essential components in power hydraulic systems because they allow for: 1) Distribution of working fluid flow – e.g., to two different sections of the hydraulic system. 2) Connecting lines in pressure systems, e.g., in branches of actuators or hoses. 3) Flexible installation configuration – they enable quick and safe connection of three sections of lines in one place. Thanks to their solid construction and precise execution, BBB tees ensure high connection tightness and resistance to high pressures and mechanical loads. Construction of a threaded tee

Hydraulic tee threaded consists of three arms ending in threads, which allow for quick and tight assembly. Male threads. In the case of an equal-pass tee, all three arms have threads of the same diameter and type, allowing for easy connection of elements with identical dimensions. Thanks to their construction, tees allow for easy branching of flow while maintaining equal parameters in each branch of the installation.

Application of tees with three threads  

Hydraulic tees are used in all types of machines: from agricultural machinery to construction machinery and specialized high-pressure installations. All tees we offer are made of a forging (monoblock, meaning a single piece of metal), which guarantees the highest quality. Application example: In an existing hydraulic system: a flexible hydraulic hose or precision seamless tube, we install a tee by screwing it on both sides onto the male thread; the outgoing top thread can be used, among other things, to plug in a gauge connection to install a pressure gauge. A tee can also be used to branch out an existing high-pressure installation.

Application of tees with male threads 

Male thread tees are used, among others, in such situations: connecting three hydraulic lines in a branching line (e.g., main line + two outlets) in systems where there is a need to “branch” the flow of oil or working fluid to two different circuits, at service or installation points where adapters, measuring fittings, or side valves can be used (the male thread facilitates the assembly of these components), in mobile, construction, agricultural, or industrial applications where the number of connections and their flexibility is important – especially when lines are to be simple to assemble and disassemble.
