The press crimps four-wire hoses – 4SP up to 1 1/2″ diameter (DN40 inside the hose). The crimper crimps 2SN hoses up to DN50 maximum! Lightweight and easy to use, ideal for mobile services. We also offer pneumatically powered crimping machines (just connect to a compressor). If you need a smaller press, check model P16HPZ. Due to its capabilities, the P20HPZ press is ideal for large mobile hose services (construction machinery service etc.).

Very high crimping capabilities

The P20HP crimper is one of the largest available manual crimpers designed for crimping hydraulic hoses. Because the crimper head is very large, it has a very wide range of applications; you can crimp all types of hydraulic hoses on it, as well as pneumatic hoses, fuel hoses for gasoline and oil, air conditioning hoses, low-pressure hoses - in short, everything that fits into the crimper head. The crimper has a very high crimping force and can therefore also be used for crimping textile or steel ropes.

Quick-change die system and die storage racks

As of 2024, the crimper is available in a version with a die rack and a quick-change handle. This quick-change system works by using a special handle to place 8 dies on the handle and then fixing all dies into the crimper head at once.

Ideal solution for service vehicles, mobile service

This type of crimper is very popular among companies in the construction industry. Among others, road construction companies own this crimper. The press has great capabilities and at the same time a low weight, hence it is an ideal solution for mobile services (service vehicles). The P20AP also comes in a compressed air version (model P20AP)-this is a model powered by compressed air where you just need to connect a pneumatic hose and the hydraulic-pneumatic pump pumps so you do not have to do it manually.

What hose size does the P20HP model crimp?

Hose sizes the crimper crimps (inner hose diameter): 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, which is the equivalent of 1/4 inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/4 inch, 1 1/2 inch hoses. The P20HP manual press is equipped with interchangeable die sets (crimping dies), and the dies are included with the machine. The crimper and the entire set also include an Enerpac manual pump. The press is ready to work.
