Lightweight and ergonomic manual press for crimping all types of hydraulic, pneumatic, low-pressure lines - the crimper enables crimping of hydraulic, pneumatic, air conditioning, technical gas hoses, and pressure washer hoses. The P16HP crimper model allows crimping not only standard high-pressure hoses; all types of hoses can be crimped on the machine - everything that fits through the head (maximum external dimension of the crimped element is 44mm).

Crimper description

The P16HP SAMWAY manual press comes with 8 interchangeable sets of crimping dies, which allow for the crimping of hydraulic lines in the diameter range from DN06 – DN25 (internal hose diameter). Under the crimper, there is a useful drawer for dies. The press includes detailed instructions for die selection, a crimping table, OHS workstation instructions, and more. The crimper is equipped with a sensor (light) that turns on to inform us that the set crimping diameter has been reached.
