Metal Tekalan push-in quick connectors
Straight metal push-in quick connectors designed for the installation of Tekalan hoses (calibrated hoses) Unlike standard plastic push-in fittings metal quick connectors are characterized by higher working pressure (30 bar instead of 12 bar). This type of quick connector is more durable and is intended for the most demanding customers.
Metal Tekalan fittings
Metal Tekalan fittings are professional fasteners used in pneumatic installations, characterized by exceptional durability, resistance to mechanical damage, and tightness even in difficult working conditions. Hydron's offer includes only products that meet the highest quality standards, which guarantees the reliability and long life of the entire pneumatic system. What are Metal Tekalan fittings? Tekalan fittings are specialized straight quick connectors made of high-quality metal (mostly nickel-plated brass), intended for connecting Tekalan-type hoses. They are used for fast and tight connection of pneumatic installation elements, especially where durability, pressure resistance, and ease of assembly and disassembly are required. The fittings offered by Hydron stand out with their solid construction, precise workmanship, and universal application. Their most important features include: ✔️ Resistance to high pressure and vibration, making them ideal for industrial applications. ✔️ Body made of nickel-plated brass – resistant to corrosion and weather conditions. ✔️ Simple and quick assembly – without the need for additional tools. ✔️ Excellent tightness – they prevent air leaks even during intensive use. ✔️ Compatibility with Tekalan-type hoses and other pneumatic hoses.
Application of metal fittings
Push-in fittings are used for connecting pneumatic installations and connecting apparatus and devices. The simple, solid construction and high quality of workmanship enable fast and tight connection of pneumatic components, and in the case of hose connectors - without the use of any tools. Fittings of this type are used in a wide range of pneumatic applications: compressed air installations in industrial plants and workshops, control systems in machines and industrial automation devices, pneumatic systems in trucks and delivery vehicles (e.g., for braking systems or suspension), installations in paint shops, production lines, and service centers.
Assembly instructions for push-in quick connectors:
The cut, aligned, and non-flattened end of the hose with a diameter consistent with the fitting size should be inserted into the hole and pressed until resistance is felt. Removing the hose is possible after pressing and holding the ring located around the hose.

Stainless pneumatic fittings
Stainless pneumatic fittings are a solution dedicated to users who expect the highest resistance to corrosion, moisture, and chemical factors. Made of stainless steel (mostly AISI 304 or 316), they ensure a long life of pneumatic installations even in the most demanding environment – e.g., in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries. What makes stainless pneumatic fittings stand out? Fittings made of stainless steel are characterized not only by high mechanical strength but also by full resistance to corrosion and aggressive media. Unlike classic brass or aluminum fittings, they do not degrade in contact with water, steam, or oil. Additionally, their surface remains smooth and clean, which is of key importance in industries with high hygiene standards.
