Great capabilities, compact design

Pneumatic press designed for crimping SAMWAY P20AP hydraulic hoses. The maximum size of the crimped hose is DN40 4SP 1 1/2″ (DN40 = 40mm inside the hose). The P20AP model is the largest available crimper that is not electrically powered. The machine crimps a maximum of 2SN hoses up to DN50 diameter! Lightweight and easy to use, ideal for mobile services - due to its relatively low weight and compact dimensions, it is perfect for service vehicles. The largest elbow fitting that fits in the head of this crimper is a DN32 1 1/4". The main dies have a clearance of 67mm when fully closed (crimped). When fully open, 94mm.

Hose crimper powered by compressed air

An undoubted advantage of the pneumatic crimper is that there is no need for manual pumping, as is the case with a standard manual SAMWAY P20HP crimping machine. In the pneumatic crimper, the power supply is based on a hydraulic-pneumatic pump from the American company SPX PA6 or ENERPAC. Just connect the air from the compressor! Importantly, the machine works even on the smallest store-bought compressors - 4.5 bar is enough to set the pump in motion. We also offer manual drive crimpers (manual pump). If you need a smaller press, check the P16HP crimper model. Due to its capabilities, the P20AP press is ideal for large mobile hose services (service for construction machinery, etc., road construction companies, car wash construction). Pneumatic crimpers are popular where electric crimpers cannot be used, e.g., in mines and explosion-hazard zones.
