The S51 hydraulic hose crimping press is the optimal choice for all those who need a crimper with the best capabilities in relation to price. Due to its capabilities (the press crimps 4SP hydraulic hoses - four-braid up to DN50 or 2″ diameter), the crimper is intended for industry and workshops that crimp or intend to crimp hoses for heavy equipment (excavators, construction equipment, etc.). 

Large head = comfortable work 

The crimper has a very large head, thanks to which it is able to crimp even the largest hydraulic hoses, which are 2" hoses (50mm inside the hose). The capabilities of the press do not end with high-pressure hoses. Thanks to the large size of the head, this model can crimp car power steering hoses, air conditioning hoses, pipes, and others - practically everything that is round and fits in the head. 

Crimper ready for operation 

The set includes a complete crimper ready for work (filled with oil with a 16A 5-pin plug) + a key for removing dies + a foot pedal + 11 sets of crimping dies (so-called "stones"). We deliver the crimper free of charge to the indicated address and conduct free training in hydraulic hose crimping. The training lasts about 2 hours. In the set with the crimping press, you receive a complete set of all kinds of tables (hose crimping, hose selection tables, thread selection table) and all certificates and health and safety instructions.
