BBB JIC threaded tees
T-connector body -High-pressure threaded tees with JIC American threads. Characteristics: BBB tee with three threads of equal size. JIC threads are commonly referred to as American threads - they feature a characteristic convex cone with a 74-degree angle. Components designed for connecting individual elements of a high-pressure installation. We can connect 3 hydraulic hoses to the tee or use it to plug an additional component into the system. Tees of this type are most commonly found in forestry equipment and modern construction machinery: excavators, loaders. Design: Tees made from forgings (one piece) of high-grade free-cutting steel. Coating: white passivated zinc protecting against corrosion. Our offer also includes other variants of JIC threaded tees, including: BAB JIC tees (symmetrical), BBA (asymmetrical) and others. Alternative designation: ST.51 tees, / Equal tee
JIC UNF hydraulic tees
BBB JIC UNF tees are components used in hydraulic systems that allow for the branching of hydraulic lines and effective management of working fluid flow. Thanks to the JIC UNF thread standard, they ensure a perfect fit and high tightness in systems requiring precise connections. Threaded tees are distinguished by their robust construction, made of high-grade steel, which guarantees resistance to high pressures and a long service life even in demanding working conditions. By utilizing the JIC (Joint Industry Council) standard, these elements feature a 37° conical seal that minimizes the risk of leaks and provides easy assembly and disassembly. UNF (Unified National Fine) threads are characterized by a precise pitch, which increases the strength of the connection and its resistance to vibrations.
Application of BBB JIC UNF tees
BBB JIC UNF tees are widely used in power hydraulics, especially where branching of lines is necessary while maintaining high connection tightness. They are used in industries such as: Machine industry – hydraulic control systems in construction and agricultural machinery, Automotive – fuel and braking systems for commercial vehicles, Power engineering – oil and cooling installations, Aviation industry – high-pressure hydraulic systems requiring reliable connections.
