BBB metric hydraulic tee
Metric tee fitting body - tee connector with external metric threads. Tees with three external threads and a 24-degree cone seat in metric version. Material: 11SMn30Pb galvanized free-cutting steel. The tee itself consists of a tee fitting body without a cutting ring and nut. Tee fitting with metric external threads with a 24° seat. Used in hydraulics for connections in oil systems. Made of free-cutting steel, covered with an anti-corrosion O-zinc layer in white passivation. Available in light version (L – up to 16 MPa) and heavy version (S – up to 32 MPa). Manufactured according to Polish Standard: PN-65/M-73147. We also offer other types of metric tees such as: BBA unsymmetrical hydraulic tee, BAB symmetrical threaded tee, AAA female tees with three nuts. What are BBB metric tees? BBB metric tees are hydraulic components used to split or connect three lines in a hydraulic system - hence they are called tee fittings. They are designed in the metric standard, which means they fit systems using connections compliant with metric units of measure. These tees allow for effective directing of hydraulic fluid flow in different directions, increasing the functionality of the system.
Construction of threaded tees
BBB metric tees are characterized by a solid construction made of high-quality materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel, which ensures their resistance to high pressures and corrosion. The surface of the elements is often covered with anti-corrosion coatings, which further increase their durability. All the tees we offer are monoblock, made from a single piece of metal - the tees are not soldered! Monoblock guarantees the highest quality! Standard BBB tees have three identical metric connections, allowing for easy and fast connection of hydraulic lines without the need for additional adapters. Their precise manufacturing in accordance with ISO standards guarantees tightness and safety of use in demanding conditions.
Complete metric tees
It is possible to order a complete metric tee set according to PN-66 M-73133: Version A = Tee fitting body + 3 x cutting ring + 3 x union nut; Version B = Tee fitting body + 3 x spherical nipple + 3 x nut.
