P20D hydraulic hose crimping press fully equipped, filled with oil with crimping dies and a base - ready to connect to power and work. Digital control - very simple and intuitive! Automatic power switch ( energy saving! ) Crimping machine for the demanding - exceptionally easy to operate. The press crimps 1SN and 2SN hoses up to DN 40 diameter. The crimping machine crimps hoses with four steel braids (4SP) up to DN32 diameter. The P20D set includes: crimper, crimping dies, die rack, quick-change tool, foot pedal, and full documentation. When purchasing the machine, transport and training are free! The press is made of the best components for the most demanding! It is possible to purchase the crimper itself without the quick-change die system. The P20D crimper is a digital version of the P20Q crimper - with identical crimping parameters and identical equipment - the only difference is the control method. In the digital version, instead of a micrometer, we have buttons and a display where we see the entered parameters ( crimping diameter ). This version of the crimper also comes in a larger version, with a larger head and thus greater capabilities: check out larger models, namely SAMWAY P32Q and the digital crimping machine SAMWAY p32D. Our offer also includes smaller crimping machines: manual crimpers and pneumatic crimpers powered by compressed air.
