What are BB ORFS elbows?

BB ORFS elbows are hydraulic fittings that allow for a 90-degree change in the flow direction of liquid in hydraulic systems. The abbreviation ORFS stands for "O-Ring Face Seal", which refers to the face seal using an O-ring, thereby ensuring high connection tightness. These elbows have internal threads (BB) on both sides, allowing for easy connection with other components of the hydraulic system. BB ORFS elbows feature a solid construction, made from a monoblock i.e. a single piece of steel, which guarantees their durability and resistance to high pressures and corrosion. Thanks to the use of an O-ring face seal, they ensure reliable and leak-proof connections, minimizing the risk of leaks. Internal threads on both sides of the elbow allow for easy integration with other components of the hydraulic system, while providing flexibility in system design.
