Hose repair coupling - emergency coupling 

Hydraulic line connectors, also known as hose repair couplings, are used to connect a hose in case of a burst. After a hose bursts, we cut out the damaged piece and in its place we install a connector and clamp it from both sides with crimp ferrules. Thanks to connectors, there is no need to replace the entire hydraulic line. Connectors are selected based on the internal diameter of the hose. Example: A DN10 connector can be used to join a hose with an internal diameter of 10mm. Thanks to connectors ( hose couplings ), we save money and time - we don't have to make a whole new hose, we can quickly connect the old hose and proceed to work. Connectors are sometimes called double unions or hose nipples. The offered connectors are equal-bore, meaning that we have the same dimension on both sides.

A galvanized steel connector for hydraulic hoses is a high-quality component used in repairs and for joining all types of hoses / lines hydraulic. Thanks to the use of galvanized steel, the connector is corrosion-resistant. The solid steel construction ensures resistance to high pressure. The connector can be used to join all types of hoses with any type of braid.

Fittings (also called connectors) are components used to join two sections of rubber hoses or to connect a hose to another system component – such as a valve, threaded connection, or quick coupling. Their main function is to provide a durable, pressure-resistant, and damage-resistant connection. Hydron offers various types of rubber hose connectors that can be selected depending on the hose diameter (e.g., DN6, DN10, DN13 etc.), the type of termination (e.g., smooth ends for clamps, with external or internal thread).

Hydraulic hose repair kit

In service practice, there is very often a need to quickly fix a line failure without making a completely new hose. In such situations, rubber hose fittings and hose connectors work perfectly, together forming a functional repair kit for hydraulic hoses, rubber and reinforced. These types of components allow the installation to be restored to work in a short time, without the need to replace the entire line with a new one. A hose connector or as some define it, a rubber hose fitting, is a component intended for the permanent connection of two hose sections. It is used both in the case of high-pressure hydraulic hoses and rubber hoses for oil, fuel, air hoses or technical liquids. Thanks to the appropriately selected diameter and design, it is possible to maintain leak-tightness and full strength of the system even under intensive operation. These fittings work with hose clamps or ferrules, which further increases the safety of the connection.
