Ferrules, crimp shells for multispiral, four-wire hoses

Crimp ferrules ( hose shells ) designed for crimping multispiral hydraulic hoses. All ferrules from the group below require prior skiving of the hydraulic hose hence we say that the ferrules are for skiving. Selecting the correct hose crimp ferrule guarantees correct hose crimping and its tightness. Ferrules are crimped according to our provided crimping table. In our offer, you will find ferrules for every type of hydraulic hose. 4SP, 4SH ferrules are compatible with every hose manufacturer according to the EN856 standard. Ferrules are made of steel and then subjected to annealing, i.e., thermal treatment ensuring plasticity. At the very end of the production process, the ferrules are galvanized, which prevents corrosion. Types of multispiral ferrules 

We distinguish the following types of ferrules for four-wire 4SP hoses : 

• short 2ST/4SP ferrule (Manuli type) designed for 4SP hoses
• long 4SP ferrule designed for 4SP hoses
• double-lock INTERLOCK ferrules designed for 4SH hoses 
• additionally, 6SH crimp ferrules for hoses with six braids.
