Metric fittings without O-ring ! 

DKL metric fittings, also known as P11 fittings, were in the past some of the most popular hydraulic hose fittings. At present, these fittings have been superseded by fittings with O-rings, which are much more popular.  DKL fittings do not have an O-ring, which means they can be successfully used for connections in hoses where the medium is corrosive and would destroy a regular O-ring. The lack of an O-ring means this type of fitting can be used in lines with hot oil ( normal O-ring withstands up to 80 degrees ) Universal straight fitting compatible with 24 and 60 degree cone seats according to PN-65/M-73140, PN-65/M-73141, DIN 3901, DIN 3902. DKL P11 fittings are installed by crimping onto hydraulic hoses, ensuring a durable and tight connection even in systems operating under high pressure. DKL P11 fittings are an older type of connectors, which are currently being successively replaced by modern DKOL fittings equipped with an O-ring for additional sealing. DKL P11 fittings are often used in older industrial, construction, and agricultural machinery, where compatibility with existing components is required. DKL P11 fittings are an older solution that does not have a built-in O-ring, meaning that the connection seal relies solely on the conical contact (24° angle). Although the lack of an additional seal may seem like a limitation, these fittings were and are used in systems where simplicity and structural reliability are required.

DKL P11 metric fittings are components designed for hydraulic hose crimping, which for years were widely used in various power hydraulics systems. Although they are now increasingly replaced by more modern DKOL fittings, DKL P11 fittings still have their place in many installations, especially where compatibility with existing systems or specific design requirements is needed. Currently, the standard in power hydraulics is becoming fittings DKOL, which, thanks to the O-ring seal, provide even greater tightness and connection safety.
