Straight hose crimp fittings with UNF / JIC male thread
AGJ fittings are a group of straight fittings with imperial male threads. These fittings feature a characteristic 74-degree convex cone. UNF threads are commonly referred to as American threads. This type of fitting connects with the C91 fitting (DKJ with nut). In Poland, AGJ fittings are found under the symbol C81 = AGJ. AGJ hose ends can be replaced by AGJ adapters (adapters with AGJ male threads, simply screw the adapter into the DKJ fitting). Construction: galvanized free-cutting steel. UNF male thread fittings
C81 fittings, also known as AGJ, are high-quality hydraulic hose ends for hose crimping, equipped with a UNF male thread and a 74° sealing cone (used in the JIC standard – SAE J514). Thanks to their precise design and compliance with international standards, these fittings are widely used in hydraulic systems in demanding applications. AGJ fittings are characterized by: 74° Cone: typical for the JIC (Joint Industry Council) standard, guaranteeing tightness through the pressure of conical surfaces. UNF male thread: a precise fine-pitch thread, compliant with the American standard, enabling a reliable connection in hydraulic systems. Material: carbon steel with a galvanic anti-corrosion coating (usually zinc plating) or stainless steel, making them resistant to external factors. Size range: from 1/4" to 2" (nominal diameters of pipes and hoses).
