Thermoplastic ferrules intended for R7 thermoplastic hoses.
The ferrules are smooth inside thanks to which they do not damage textile or aramid braids during crimping. The ferrules can be used for crimping various types of hoses that do not have a steel braid, e.g., air hoses, fuel hoses, air conditioning hoses. Unlike standard crimp ferrules such as 1SN, 2SN, thermoplastic ferrules are smaller, more delicate and, most importantly, are devoid of teeth inside the ferrule. Standard ferrules with teeth could damage the textile braid inside the hose. Ferrules made of steel, heat-treated and galvanized.
