Hose crimping fittings, metric without o-ring! 

Metric DKL 45 fittings are bent at a 45-degree angle. They are also marked as P15 fittings. In the past, they were among the most sought-after fittings for hydraulic hoses. DKL 45 fittings are manufactured without an o-ring, so they can be used for connections in hoses where the medium is corrosive and in lines with hot oil. The universal 45-degree elbow fitting works with 24 and 60-degree cone seats according to PN-65/M-73140, PN-65/M-73141, DIN 3902, DIN 3901. Fittings designed for crimping onto hydraulic hoses. DKL P11 fittings are an older solution that does not have a built-in O-ring, which means that the connection seal relies solely on the conical contact (24° angle). Although the lack of additional sealing may seem like a limitation, these fittings were and are used in systems where simplicity and reliability of construction are required. This type of fitting has its equivalent with o-ring DKOL 45, which can be a replacement.
