NBR rubber gaskets for flange ends

Our offer includes rubber gaskets and polyurethane gaskets designed for front sealing of flange ends. We have both regular gaskets as well as gaskets for SUPERCAT ( higher flange collars ) The gasket is placed in a special spot inside the flange - then the flange is bolted using half-flanges. The installed gasket contacts the front surface of the other side ensuring a perfectly tight connection. Execution : black NBR rubber or blue polyurethane.  

Polyurethane gaskets for flanges 

Gaskets for high pressure and higher temperature - more durable. Very durable rubber gaskets with an X-section, constituting an ideal seal for flanges. It is characterized by high abrasion resistance and a low degree of deformation under pressure. It can be used even on rough surfaces.

X-ring gaskets for SAE flanges. 

X-ring (Quad-ring) is a gasket with an improved, four-sided cross-section, offering significantly better sealing efficiency, resistance and durability than a standard O-ring. HYDRON offers gaskets of this type made of durable polyurethane, capable of working in difficult conditions, which perfectly fits the needs of the power hydraulics industry. 

What distinguishes X-ring:

Double-sided sealing — thanks to four edges it has twice the sealing surface than traditional O‑rings. Better stress distribution — symmetrical, rounded corners provide optimal surface and peripheral contact, which increases sealing effectiveness, also at high pressure. Resistance and durability — due to their design, X‑rings show a lower tendency to deformation, high resistance to abrasion and extrusion, even in difficult operating conditions, which makes them excellent for applications in power hydraulics, flange nodes and other demanding applications.
