Stainless steel hydraulic fittings

Hydraulic ends and connectors made of acid-resistant steel

ends, stainless steel hose fittings

Check also :

Stainless steel fittings for hydraulic hoses.

We offer all types of fasteners made of stainless steel ( acid-resistant ) Our offer includes a full range of hose ends and connectors : straight nipples, reducing nipples, adapters, plugs, caps,. unions, valves, couplings, tees, crosses made of high-grade stainless steel. Stainless steel fittings are used, among others, in the food, medical, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries. We encourage you to contact the sales department. Unlike standard ends and connectors made of regular steel, stainless steel ends are resistant to practically all corrosive substances ( acids, bases, etc ). Note ! on the shop we present only a part of our offer ( a fraction ) If you haven't found what you're looking for, send an inquiry to the email address. In our company's offer : stainless steel hose crimp ends, connectors, nipples adapters made of acid-resistant steel. We also produce hydraulic hoses with stainless steel ends.

Application of stainless steel ends

Stainless steel fittings are an element of industrial and hydraulic installations that are widely used in places with demanding working conditions. Thanks to the unique properties of stainless steel, such as resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and the action of aggressive chemical substances, these products are irreplaceable in many industries and working environments. Stainless steel fittings are used in industries utilizing hoses operating in aggressive environments, such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Ideal for installations exposed to acids, bases, high temperatures, and moisture, they ensure durability, tightness, and corrosion resistance.

Characteristics of stainless steel

Stainless steel, also known as acid-resistant steel, is a type of alloy of iron, chromium, and other elements, characterized by high resistance to corrosion and staining. It is widely used in many fields due to its excellent chemical properties, strength, and aesthetics.

Stainless steel 1.4571

Steel 1.4571 (X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2) is a high-quality austenitic stainless steel, valued for its excellent corrosion resistance and strength. Thanks to titanium additions, it is resistant to carbide precipitation, allowing its use in chemical environments and high temperatures. Molybdenum content increases resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making the steel ideal for working in difficult conditions. Stainless steel 1.4571 is used in the chemical, food, marine, and energy industries. It is used for the production of tubes, tanks, fittings, heat exchangers, and machine elements exposed to aggressive environments. This steel also performs well in architecture, e.g., in railings and weather-resistant structures. Thanks to its durability and resistance, steel 1.4571 is an ideal choice for demanding industrial and decorative applications.

Stainless steel 303

Stainless steel 303 (X8CrNiS18-9) is an austenitic stainless steel that stands out for its excellent machining thanks to sulfur content. It is resistant to corrosion in moderate conditions, such as the atmosphere or light chemical environments, but its use in marine environments is not recommended. Mainly used in the mechanical industry, 303 steel is used in the production of turned parts, such as bolts, nuts, or shafts. It is an ideal material for automatic lathe machining, as well as for mass production of precision elements. Thanks to the ease of machining and moderate corrosion resistance, it is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries and for creating decorative structural elements.
