Union nut for cutting ring
Below are hydraulic nuts metric called union nuts or nuts for cutting rings. The nuts are designed for connecting high-pressure fittings with seamless precision tubes for power hydraulics - detailed assembly instructions for the cutting ring and nut. Nuts are available in thread sizes from M10x1 to M52x2 in light version L and heavy version S ( difference in maximum working pressure - version S withstands higher pressure ). Nuts made of free-cutting steel, galvanized; stainless acid-resistant steel nuts are available on request (for stainless ring and tube). How to choose the nut and ring for the tube?
Each nut is for a different size of hydraulic tube - for example, the nut M16x1.5 10L means that this nut fits perfectly on a tube with an outer diameter of 10mm ( outer diameter ). If we have a nut for a 10mm tube ( 10L ), then the cutting ring must be for the same 10mm tube ( 10L ) - to screw everything together, the threaded fitting must have a cone for the 10L tube ( for example, a M16x1.5 10L fitting means a fitting with external threads and a 10L cone ( 10mm inside )
