JIC ELBOW FITTINGS ( UNF EXTERNAL THREAD ) 

Elbow fitting bodies with JIC external threads on both sides. JIC threads are American threads, and the JIC designation itself means UNF external thread. JIC ( external ) threads are compatible with UNF ( internal thread ). JIC elbow fittings are primarily found in forestry machinery and Western-made construction equipment ( JCB, CAT etc. ) 

The connection thread ( long ) is screwed into a block, valve, cylinder or other element. The seal on this side secures the connection, and the locknut is used to set the fitting in the correct position. A hydraulic hose with the same thread as the fitting is connected to the external thread with a flare ( short ).  

Execution : high-grade free-cutting steel with zinc plating, which provides protection against corrosion.
